Al and Dee Peart

AL and Dee Peart bring decades of combined experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, finance, sales, operations, and community service to Entrepreneurs Academy.
Al spent 30 years as a National Accounts Sales Manager in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including a career with AstraZeneca. His background also includes sales and marketing, research and development, negotiation skills training, and entrepreneurship. He served as President and owner of Toner Clinic, a recycled printing cartridge business that served major clients including Motorola and Amoco. Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and has remained active in nonprofit and community organizations through mentoring, coaching, fundraising, and ministry leadership.
Dee began her career as a medical technologist before transitioning into sales and later earning an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. She went on to build an extensive career with Motorola, serving in strategy, finance, sales and marketing, human resources, and operations leadership roles, including Senior Operations Controller. A CPA, Dee brings experience in accounting, auditing, tax strategy, financial reporting, data analytics, and business operations.
Together, Al and Dee also operated a home-based remanufacturing business for more than 10 years. Both share a strong commitment to entrepreneurship, mentorship, and community impact. Dee has served as an Entrepreneurs Academy mentor since its inception, and together they look forward to helping aspiring and established entrepreneurs grow, strengthen their businesses, and achieve long-term success.
